House owners of cultural heritage buildings can be financially supported according to the updated Vilnius Conservation Programme (since 2025). Applications for the possible support are accepted till August 31, 2025. More information here (in Lithuanian).
The financial support for private owners was allocated according to the Programme “Community Development“ during 2000 – 2023 and Vilnius Conservation programme during 2024. Aim of these programmes was to restore and renew environment and exteriors of the Old Town buildings with a special attention to the restoration of authentic details. The municipal support was up to 80% of all necessary amount.
We invite house owners of cultural heritage buildings to apply to Vilnius Old Town Renewal Agency for information regarding possible financial support. The implementation of renewal projects depends on your initiative.
