The second regional course on interpretive planning at World Heritage properties in Europe was organised by UNESCO and Interpret Europe in Ljubljana, Slovenia from 19 to 23 September 2022. The 25 professionals working at World Heritage sites in Europe (and our Vilnius representative among them) learned how the planning process is structured through theoretical lectures, site visits, interviews, and group work. The practical tasks were based on the work of the renowned architect Jože Plečnik, recently inscribed on the UNESCO’s World Heritage list.
