PARTICIPATION IN EU PROJECTS INTERREG IIC PROJECT

In 1999- 2001 OTRA together with partners from Copenhagen and Rostok participated in the INTERREG IIC project "Integrated Urban Planning and Management". It involved sharing, analysing and discussing of experience in revitalisation of historic city centres.
